In order for PSPC to operate effectively and support the construction of the PSPC community, the following roles are included but not limited to:
The following roles are the basic roles in PSPC, and a member may have multiple roles. The roles are split to provide a foundation for future organizational development and to prepare for the composition of basic members in various business lines, based on the following basic values for incentive adjustments. As PSPC develops, it will be easier to split and adjust incentives.
Incentives are temporarily divided into: basic incentives, advanced incentives. On top of the basic incentives, the advanced scheme and advanced system of each role are further upgraded.
