Incentives

Incentives are temporarily divided into: basic incentives, advanced incentives. On top of the basic incentives, the advanced scheme and advanced system of each role are further upgraded.

Calculation of the excitation coefficient:

• Incentive base: minimum number of stimulus;
• Unit: which refers to the smallest incentive unit;
• Actual Incentive = Incentive Base x Units
• Level: Each role is divided into levels, initial level ⭐️, and highest level ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
• incentive base and units, the responsible person added or deleted;
• This form is maintained by a member designated by the head or head of the union.
